About Me

As a second-generation Korean American, it was challenging to navigate multiple cultural influences and systems. I struggled to understand how to integrate the different aspects of myself that felt fragmented.

Within the journey toward understanding and integration, I learned to appreciate the complexities in people’s stories and hold sacred the practice of listening.

It is my belief that each person holds strengths within themselves and their families and, when harnessed, can create greater fulfillment in life. We are not alone. When we can authentically connect with ourself, our history, and others, we can foster healing and growth.
