Individual Therapy: Children, Teens, Adults
Individual therapy focuses on creating a safe space to talk one-on-one about the challenges that have brought you in, and to help you move toward emotional health. Thirty minute parent sessions are offered as needed for minors.

Play Therapy
Children communicate and process through play. Play therapy helps kids (recommended for 7 years old and younger) understand their feelings, develop coping strategies, and problem-solve in their own language.

Family Therapy
Family therapy focuses on the goals the family wants to accomplish. Part of the family therapy process will be identifying these goals and creating a family agreement in order to help each member feel safe enough to share their experience.
